By accessing or using RevCrest ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.
To use certain features, you must create an account through our OAuth authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
RevCrest operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when using platform features (lead generation, enrichment, outreach). Credits are non-refundable once purchased. New accounts receive 55 free credits. Credit prices and packages may change with notice. Payments are processed through supported payment methods including cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20) and traditional payment gateways.
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful business purposes. You may not: (a) use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications; (b) scrape or resell lead data obtained through the Platform; (c) use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems; (e) use automated tools to access the Platform beyond its intended API.
Lead data provided by RevCrest is sourced from publicly available information (Google Maps, public websites). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all lead data. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when using lead data for outreach, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and local regulations.
The Platform uses AI to generate enrichment analysis, outreach emails, and buyer intelligence. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights. You are responsible for the content you send to prospects.
The Platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by RevCrest. You retain ownership of your lead data, outreach content, and pipeline information. You grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide our services.
RevCrest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the Platform and close your account.
